two of us are in a relationship for long but i am not fully satisfied with it because i feel that she is not as devoted as i am though i know both of us have feelings for each other. I feel that she lacks the intensity which i want to see in her. we have to be together for 8 hrs. daily as we are colleagues. i want to come out but things are not in my control as we love each other, but i am getting more pain than pleasure as she is not able tyo fulfill my expectations as she has other priorities also. how to get out of all this and maintain my peace of mind.

You can never expect the other person to be 100% the way you want them to be in any situation, emotion etc.For your own good and for Love's sake talk to her about what you feel.Sort out the matter with her and even after that you dont feel happy in the relationship, walk out of it.You have to remember that in any relationship your expectations will not be met 100%.You've to put up with certain shortcomings of the other person as life is all about this and more. Why dont you try and change your outlook and see if get your "peace of mind".

what do you mean by come out...if you are both women then i think that she just probably does not want anyone to know....and if she is not devoted to you then you can move on...you may have to work together but you do not have to be together outside of work...and if you are getting more pain than pleasure then end the relationship...i hope you are talking about a guy and a girl though....but it would still mean she is not ready for a relationship,,,

if you are getting more pain than pleasure it's time for you to re-group and move on for your own peace of mind. life is to short to be unhappy.
