A columnar sheet which may contain as many columns as the user may designate, limited to the width of the paper.
Each column can be headed with an appropriate "title" or 'subject", indicating the type of data to be entered in the column.
The simplest use for a spread sheet would be to list names, addresses, email, phone, etc., whatever other info is useful.
Electronic spread sheets can then be sorted on any of those fields or combination of fields that is useful.
