My sister is still growing. She wants to know what kind of excercises can give you longer legs and not bulk them up?

Impossible.

Leg length is down to bone structure and you can't exercise to change that.

Well have her do ballet. It will give the illusion of long legs and she can tone without bulking. Also pilates is good. Swimming and Running. Have her avoid weight training if she does not want bulk. She really cannot get longer legs. Just have her eat a healthy balanced diet with an adequate amount of dairy for growing healthy bones.

The previous answer is correct, nothing can alter the length. But in order to keep from bulking up the exercise required needs to be for tone and not muscle development. Your sister should consult a trainer at a gym, but definitely not anything with heavy weights. Also if she is using weights, a heavier weight with few reps is better than many reps which makes you add bulk.

Have you ever heard of "the rack"? go to some torture chamber and put her on the rack.........that will stretch her out and make her taller.

Dear, your genetics pre-dispose you to whatever height you will be when you are done growing. You could do some things to make it appear youre taller, but only appearance.

Tell her to get into pilates. She is probably looking for long lean muscle. Do lots of stretching . High repetition and low weight resisitance will put her on the right track for long lean muscle.

she should exlpore the field of yoga. i cannot tell now exactly what exercise she should use but there was an article on a model who had extremely long legs (too long i would say to call them attractive) who had achiecved this with the help of yoga. it must be something concerning stretching i suppose. she should go for a yoga consulting or buy a book.

what a silly question. I'm rather small but my grand ma told me;
for a girl it is good to be smaller, cause you can date tall and short guys, while tall girls can only date tall guys. Without looking all to silly.
If you are short you're always cute, even if you aren't that pretty or sweet. There are a lot of advantages in being short. The bone structure is better too!
