Go to my website - and you will find my email address. Look at the web ring page. People on there, ask to go on because I send the search engine bots to their web page or website. There are other things you can do to get to the top of the list - but that has to do with keywords and content on your page or site. If you have some web space provided by your ISP - you can set up a web site promoting your business. First of all, DO NOT PAY anybody to get your name up there.
Make sure your website has all the correct meta tags in place, has good, interesting content, plenty of appropriate links,and is up to date.
Submit for free to all major dsearch engines and WAIT. It will all come for free.
A useful tip is to have a personalised Google and Yahoo home page, then put a link to your website under 'content'.
These companies index their oen pages first so that will give you a head start.

you will need to add some meta tags ( keywords ) into each page of your website, and the keywords should be describing the page in which they are in ... and then you need to submit your site to the search engines

getting it for free would be difficult. these days nothings for free. try enquiring on some of the web hosting companies in the area, you might even get it at a lesser price. try AT&T formerly SBC.

create a website at geocities.com - they offer free hosting. then provide the site with the keywords matching your business name.

U can see ur name. U can use wild characters also .
