several months..but please! Keep it clean! My little sister got her's slammed in a door when she was like 5...and it never grew back normal.....she's 18 now and recently had to go have it permanently removed because she had gotten Gramataphites in it and it was all thick and discolored...really gross...By the way that lamisil stuff they advertised is like $700 a pill (taken 1 per month) so trust me...keeping it clean and watching it now can save big money later! good luck!

Ouchy! I hate to say it, but I got a finger caught in an apparatus on a patient bed and it took over a year for the nail to look completely normal again. The nail grew back, but it was ugly for that length of time. Sorry.

For a full nail, 6-12 months.

The average growth rate for nails is 0.1 mm each day (or 1 centimeter in 100 days). The exact rate of nail growth depends on numerous factors including the age and sex of the individual and the time of year. Toenails generally grow faster in young people, in males, and in the summer. Toenails grow more slowly than fingernails.

You have a good month before you see a real toe nail there. A little longer wait and it will be nice and smooth.

At least 6-8 months... and it won't be as fitted than the previous one. More clean and new tho.

It can take a couple of months. However in about a week, the skin should begin to smoothen and harden.
