I really do not what type of card that is. However, if there is a Maestro, Visa, Visa delta, Visa Electron or a Visa Plus logo on your card. You should be able to use at atms that take those cards. If you are using the card outside of your home country you need to notify your bank so they will be aware of unusual transactions.
Visa Electron cards are linked to the Visa Plus international debit network.

If your card is badged only as a Link card, nobody in Tenerife will acept your cards. Link is only nationally recognised card within the UK.
