Yes, the bigger the better. Even the Queen, her ears have to be big, but not as big as yours. Those are the rules. If you are born with small ears, then they will lock you up in a dungeon and let the evil twin who had bigger ears than you, rule. When the people get wise that he is the evil bigger eared twin, they will unlock you and lock him up. Good question. Based on historical record. More kings have bigger ego's than ears, although I don't doubt having the ears would help. It makes them more convincing to me.
