...if you found out your wife had an Y/A account, a 360° page and lots of friends who she exchanges messages with? No flirting or trying to meet in person... my husband is jealous like hell and I have quite a hard time.

No, she has friends in person who aren't necessarily my friends so why should online be any different. The only thing my wife has done with friends that made me jealous is go to an Indians game. She's going this Wednesday too, but at least we will go together on Thursday-dollar dog night.

It all comes down to trust. Jealousy is ugly, and its not something to share. Mutual respect and love should out-way any question of trust. The flip-side is are you trying to play games with the guys head? If that's the case why be married at all? Enjoy your life !!

Well, likewise would you enjoy that too. Now, everybody has different outlooks and feelings, do you share your everyday life activities or do they come in SURPRISES for the both of you. Shouldn't you know by now, WHAT might possible upset your husband and also likewise. Marriage is ALSO about sharing, details is up to every couple, yours don't seem to be in focus - SURPRISE !

I think trust is an essential element in all marriages. Without trust marriages can't last very long.

No way! My wife does and for all I know she might flirt. I think it's cool because I am confident enough that we love and please each other so to me it's just fun!
Ask him why it bothers him so much, and ask him to tell you all his secrets

i'm not the jealous type. why would you stay w/ someone who would do that to you? he has no confidence in himself and will only try to control you more in the future.

That could be good or it could be bad...
Jealously can be a sign he truly loves you and doesn't want to loose you. But if it causes him to forcably control you to the point you feel uncomfortable, it's not good.
If I was uncertain my wife truly loved me, I'd be truly jelous. Otherweise I'd just pretend to make her feel good! ;-)
