You're other questions suggest you are looking for something on the side...it looks to me like your wife is trying to bring your attention back to her by desiring a boob job. You're a pitiful one. I hope she turns out looking so good she finds someone much better than you! HA HA, that'd be great and just what you deserve.

I really am trying to be nice but....You should be shot, I have 38DD and wish to go the other way. The girls are always in the way, and they can cause back problems. Let her decide what she wants they are hers and she is the one that has to be happy with them. The plastic surgeon will probably recommend one to two cups sizes larger. If you want 48DDD then you have the surgery for yourself and carry them around.

That big, mate and you will be spending a fortune in bras and chiroproacter's fees. At that size, she's going to have massive backaches all of the time.
Anything more than a handful is a waste anyway

Well,I have breast implants right now I am in a 36F..that large of a size is nuts.There are a lot of problems with the implants with that size.....(rippling,rupturing) and findina a surgeon to make them that big is another thing..most won't make you look freaky..Had a hard time finding one to give me my size...but really they gave them for me cause I am in the entertainment industry.Go smaller..it's better...

Me, personally think this is a decision that you and your wife alone should make. NOT us here on Yahoo answers. But since you are asking I feel that 36D or DD is sufficient.
