Not sure about the naval torpedo boat. But the craft seen from the M27 is an RAF Rescue Target Towing Launch HMAFV 2751. Portsmouth is a good place to look though! Or Southampton, Vospers operate here.

There was one in Bursledon, near Hamble (southampton) a few weeks ago, for sale. You could see it from the M27 going west between J10 and 7 somewhere on the left.

Try ebay. You can buy tanks and MIG jets so it seems a good place to start!
