2>For free Domain name try dyndns.com, or freedns.com
3>for free email services which is worth usefull is www.Goowy.com,Aim,or many others..but goowy has gr8 features and easy to use

try *webside version 1.1 (or MK design) * though its turkish software but you can set it to english and really has tantalizing ,awesome features to develop whole website wid just few clicks

and i have another options for ya to try... 3d_worldbuilder60WR(3DSTATE webmakers version 0.2.0.2) you can build you own webpages with help of them

still not convinced then yes..try macromedia Flash or dreamweaver or maya or any other animation software or why dont ya make research out thr on photobucket.com i think you can find few useful already done gif* images over thr tht can be use full for you

1. Get free website hosting. If you just want a free website, I recommend Geocities:
http://geocities.yahoo.com/
Your website will have their ads, but at least it's free to you.

Or you could start a blog. For free blog space, I recommend Blogspot, from Blogger:
http://www.blogger.com/

2. Then you need to create the website. Geocities can help you with the tools, but you should at least learn HTML (It's not hard to learn.). Browse through these search results to find some free online HTML tutorials:

Learn HTML code.

sort of stuff, and use Windows notepad as your editor, search the web for LEARNING HOW TO type stuff.

Not easy but it will be free.. Dpends on time or money, takes time to learn the hard way, it easier to pay someone to teach you with good software.

Good Luck with it.

Easily. Search the internet for "free web hosting" and "HTML tutorials". All the info you need is already there, so I won't repeat it on Y!Answers for the zillionth time!!!

Go to www.geocities.com

There will be some limitations though on data space etc but it should be sufficient for basic usage. Have fun!
