No, white clouds like water between 64 and 72F. What about killifish. It is at the top range of temperature, but I know they survive in my tank at 77F. They are almost the same size and shape, and they make great community fish.

White Clouds will survive in 76 deg. water but prefer it 70 deg. F.

They are a cold water species in the wild.

they are not really tropicals per se, they come from China
