The guy i'm talking about keeps changing his username and E-mail again and again and keeps coming back to my website! HELP ME!!!!

He's not mailing me. I'm the site Admin... and he's posting goddamn blog entries (bad ones) about me!
I've deleated his account twice already... the guy keeps coming back with a different username.

Why don't you put a spam to his letters!! either spam or delete his name form you'r list!!
