Am suffering the same problem!! Late night last night, plus an incredibly boring day ahead of me.

Try running cold water on your wrists, and back of neck. Might help?

I've found that Red Bull does nothing to me. The quickest remedy is no-doz pills, to keep you awake. They're safe and you can buy them at any grocery store in the medicine aisle. Go get some at a 24 hour store like 7-11 or something, being that it's late now.

If not, just get up, do some sit ups, jumping jacks, wash your face with cold water, or even shower, put on some music..and then sit back down...not being in motion will keep you asleep. You need to get up and move around.

Good luck!

If all this doesn't work, maybe it's time for a nap. ;-)

Try drinking 3 more Red Bulls, sounds like the 1st 3 didn't help much.

Proper strong coffee , if that doesn't work then go out to your car ( if you haven't got one use a work mates ) and go sleep for about 15 to 25 minutes ( use the alarm clock on your phone ) when you wake up go for a short walk , and you should be good for about 2 hrs before you need to sleep again , i do this to sort the same problem and it works

Open the window and breathe for a couple of minutes. Or take a very quick walk around the building to get your blood flowing. An early night for you tonight! Sweet dreams.

Try to work standing up or take a break. But you could also divide your work a little. If that's not possible then don't avoid it and hide for 30 minutes in the toilets to take a short nap. It always helps best.

Try taking a walk around the office. If you have a fan, turn it on, or a sweater on, take it off, being cool keeps you awake. And next time lay off the red bull, after it wears off you will crash big time!

Try pro plus or yeast vite, they contain caffine and helped me stay awake when I used to work 12 hour night shifts then go home to 2 kids who had to be taken to school. I slept when they were at school, and got up to go get them then off to work again after dinner.

you have passed the threshold of that redbull working you up and the more redbulls you take th more your body needs to work to convert them into energy so it will go into the relaxed mode so that it has its resouces and is relaxed while taking care of its business, I would suggest you stop sitting and start drinking water and walking arround even though you are tired.
