Thats going to be kind of hard to convince, sometimes things just go wrong with email, but take a screen shot by pressing the print screen button on your keyboard when you can see the email in the sent folder, then go into paint, start click run then type mspaint and press enter. Then press ctrl+V or go to edit and click paste. save that picture as a jpeg/jpg and send the picture to them showing that you in fact did try to send it.

Some email sites have an automatic saver for sent emails. Others you have to set them up to save to sent folder. Check to see if you have a sent folder & see if it is set up correctly. If it is your copy will be in there.

Look in your Sent Items folder. If the message was sent, a copy should be in there.

Check your sent box, and take a screen shot and e-mail that, or print it out and mail it to them
