Its going to be on the brake pedal, or on something behind it that the pedal touches when you hit the brakes.
You may have to remove a piece of trim to get up far enough to see it, but it will be there.

in front of the brake pedal look for a little spring attaching to the pedal ( not the return spring for the pedal )

if u dont want the brake lights to work u have to remove the bulb or the fuse. i dont think they have a switch.
