I will be visiting Kuala Lumpur for a week in November, what are the best places to go to for site seeing, dining, shopping? what is it famouse for?

petaling street ( its a nightmarket ), lake gardens, national museum,, petronas towers ofcourse. its a beautiful place. HAPPY JOURNEY.

Hindu caves, just outside KL (to the north, I think). The lagoon sombody mentioned is somewhere to the east, right next door to a shopping centre and indoor ice rink. You can get onto the skybridge linking the two Petronas towers.

i won't provide you any specifics, yet i like purely strolling around the streets. Seeing the quite a few shops, the markets, each and all the folk coming and going. Following large streams of folk and looking out myself on the Petronas Towers, then getting to be responsive to parks and gardens that are actually not interior the vacationer books yet are a KL secret. the region is appropriate
