3 in 10 years. By then I could narrow the wishes down to what I really want, and state them specifically enough that I'd actually get what I ask for.

Well 3 in ten years because depnding on what has happened in the last ten years i can make two wishes acordingly and the one to go back to where i am now or maybe even a little later on
