to those who had capture feebas, what did you say in Dewford? i said(invincible legend)

it's so annoying that you gotta go through like 2-5 bites, i know.
as for feebas, that was annoying too. i've never changed the saying, but even if i did, and had the same saying as you, feebas still wouldnt' be in the same spot on yours as it was on mine
i'm assuming that you already know exactly how to obtain feebas?

feebas is an ultra rare pkmn even with a super rod it can take ages,Feebas only appears in certain areas on the route to fortee,and those areas change due to the populair saying in dewford for more information go see www.serebii.net and click on game mechanics and feebas

It is so hard to use cause the monsters are stronger and less common to find a decent ,weak monster
