Try Whole Foods. My son, now 2 has been on an Immune Booster since he was just about a year...we use a lot of herbal remedies. The one thing that you want to be sure of is this...it is a FOOD based vitamin...don't buy those commercial vits like Flinstones, they do NOTHING for you!!
It costs me $9.95 a month for my sons vitamins, they are all natural, no sugar added and food based!

Ask your doctor...all children are different. I personally just gave my daughter flinstone chewable vitamins once she was able to chew and swallow without choking. Cod liver oil isn't really essential to a childs nutrition, so I really wouldnt worry about that.

Ask at the chemist my little one has dalivit vitamin drops on prescription but i know you can buy them over the counter, most babes don't need extra vitamins ( my daughter was 2 mths prem so was advised to give her them) so you will need to speak to someone first.

Yes they can, but make sure you give them age appropriate doses, not the adult dose. That would be toxic to the little ones.
