Will it be okay to let them know about this? And do you think I'd still have a fair chance at the job? I have already planned this holiday for 6 months now. (Inbound call center)

id have to say you really have little choice but to tell them .because if they do decide to hire you they'll need to know don't you think .your chances on this influencing you employment chances come down to weather if hired they feel that they can do without you for those 2 weeks. but being in Feb gives them plenty of time to prepare so this helps your chances

Tell them now, so they can make other arrangements, if they decide not to hire you. Only your prospect employer can say if you will have a fair chance. There may be many factors they consider, speak with them as soon as possible.

If I was your recruiting agent, I would make you desired if leisure is more important as opposed to work. Most employers if you let them know this, they would rather hire that employee who is going to start working right away and complete a year to take the annual leave as opposed to one who will break away to take a holiday that they can postphone.
