I have a problem in tenses and vocabulary. Only tree foru sentenses i can speak. I can understand but can not speak. I am reading so much english books. So pl. help me. And I am Indian.

Try to read the most basic English book....You can learn it step by step and don't mix up with the tenses so that you can follow the lessons well. Look for the books used in Elementary schools. They contain lessons in tenses. It would be easy for you to understand it. Doesn't matter what your nationality is as long as you persevere with learning. In due time, you might be able to read and speak it as well.

try answering quizzes posted here in the net. there are a lot of websites which offer grammar lessons.

if you really want to be fluent in english, just talk in english as often as possible. better yet, go to some place where there are a lot of english-speaking people so you'll have a lot of practice. i guess universities/schools in other countries (like philippines) offer a cheap but good quality education. Filipinos are known to be really good in english. :)
