You need to contact your physician. But most medications for high blood pressure and almost any heart related meds can have this side effect. More importantly after you have talked to your physician, talk to your partner, communication about the things he or she said. A serious talk can help with the sexual portion of the relationship. I am almost certain you would want to know why something was wrong with your partner and what might help.

3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

I have the same problem, and have had since I started taking meds for high blood pressure. I guess it's a question of dying from a heart attack or stroke, or dying of lonliness. Oh well.

Ive heard that the medication is the culprit.
You'll have to change the times that you and your spouse get playful. Though Ive heard there are medications that also help with that.
Its a common result of lots of different meds.

yes. an erection is actually a rise in your blood pressure if you notice this is why your heartbeat accelarates. and you start to sweat. talk to your doc to lower your med or give something different.
