Do you answer questions that you like or just because you need the 2 points???

i answer only if i feel i know the answer and the other person will find the information/opinion useful , and yes i do answer for points, but not 2 , i answer for 10 points ;)

I answer questions that I like in the first place where I feel that my information could be of a value to someone who is truly asking or seeking an explanation about a certain subject
Sometimes when a question is so stupid or “leading” I drop a snappy one-liner take my 2 points and leave the asker banging his head to the wall.

I usually answere questions that i like. It may be about a topic i am passionate about or about something that is amusing. i never answer a questions just because of the points.

I answer the ones I like, sometimes with a smart *ss answer if the voices tell me to. That led to my only violation. The question was, "Who was the father of algebra?" I answered,"Not me, I used protection." People who are into math just don't have a sense of humor.

i try and answer question's to hopefully bring some joy to the sad sad people who ask these ridiculous questions. i dont care bout the 2 points. i'm always aiming for the best answer i think i've got 2 best so far...hmmm maybe i need to work on my answers, coz i've answered alot.

Nobody really NEEDS the 2 points. I think that some people just like answering but unfortunately lack imagination/knowledge and the result is all those 'thanks for you-know-what...' answers.
