Where do you draw the line?
Bush the younger - Texas
Carter - Arkansas
Bush the older - New England & Texas
Regean - Iowa
Carter - Georgia
Ford - Mich.
Nixon - California
Johnson - Texas
Kennedy - Mass
Eisenhower -Kansas

so draw your line of north & South, look at a map, and that is a list of the US presidents for the last 50+ years.

Forgive me if I am wrong but, to my knowledge, you only have one President at a time.

Therefore, if he or she is from the south, the answer is ONE. If from the north, NONE.

Such arithmetic is so easy for us in the UK.
