hi Earth,

(looking into ur profile, why this question...... in first place!)

but well, ur que is genuine; then
1) yoga means " joining body and mind".
2) any common sense "act" would require co-ordinated effort of BODY & MIND - to get "anticipated" results.
3) so, even in normal life we keep performing "yoga"; un-knowingly - most of the time.
4) formal YOGA, is a training in more scientific way, naturally it would yield much better results.
5) hence proved that i, u and they all practice yoga in general; and I firmly believe in formal YOGA as well.

for last 3 decades +........

There many forms of yoga, so it's a little too general to answer. I'd say yes though, I believe in Yoga. Yoga is very relaxing. Also, other forms of yoga make you very limber, which I think is great for your body.

Yoga is a system of stretches, so that's like asking if you believe in touching your toes. You either do it or don't.

As for the meditation, yes.

Its Nature. It gets us connected to the basics and we get back to the age when there were no allopathic medicines or facilities for surgeries and still the decease was kept away. It believes in prevention rather than cure. Some of the ailments which allopathy can not treat effectively it can.
