Ghaziabad is unique in more ways than one. Being close to Delhi, it has access to all the facilities and amenities of Delhi and yet it retains its idyllic charm.
Some of its localities like Nehru Nagar are extremely posh though it has its share of poverty and dark under-belly
It is the last city of U.P. ( or the first) and borders Delhi. It has factories like Bhushan Steel and Mohan Meakings.
It is also a hub of transportation industry and in fact it has the 3rd largest transporter base in U.P , after Kanpur and Varanasi.
All companies have their depots or C&FAs in Ghaziabad and commercially it remains the most important city of Western Uttar Pradesh
If you are an investor in real estate, expect the prices to jump 30% the very day it gets connected to te Metro Rail

Now a time Ghaziabad is on growth in Real estate field and in Education.IMS , IMT ,... and lot of colleges are there.In Real Estate LandCraft Developers Pvt. Ltd. is best in real estate now.
