How do the customer prefer their mobile connection?

The choice of the customers is never the same and they are never satisfied too, they want the best and the most affordable; and when they are provided with it they again go for more cheaper call rates. moreover i can say in this way that "a company can never satisfy its customer, maybe not even if it is providing free service".
Different people have different choices, some go for good quaility service and not the rates, some go for the security and reliability and most of them go for Cheap and affordable call rates, If you look at your self for a moment and ask yourself a question that are you satisfied with your mobile connection? the answer from your inside will be NO!.
Most of the mobile users use the pre-paid connections; as it is more handy and one gets free of the monthly bills. it is estimated that over 80% of the mobile users use pre-paid connections.
Changing the connection is never a big deal for the customes, they never forgive even a single mistake done by the service provider, the only thing they would do is that they will change their connection.
i am using this pre paid connection from the last 2 years and i am not satisfied by my service provided and i may change soon.
