i've had five jobs in my 18 years of life,but i've always wanted to know other peoples responses to this question.give me a answer that works for you.

The answer is don't be a know-it-all. Keep it truthful and keep it simple. I have found that it's safer to say "I don't KNOW why you should hire me--but I hope you will. I attended the interview at your invitation and I'm happy you asked me. I came with the idea that an interview is a way for both sides to see if there could be a good match--that (hopefully) we will both feel that we could work well and have something to contribute to such a match. From what I have heard so far I LIKE the sound of this company and I hope you'll give me a chance to show what I can do and learn what you need of me".
Then you get to `what you can do'--and if you have suitable qualifications etc. now's the chance to tell him what you've accomplished--and are interested in.

Understand the role/responsibilities of the job. Explain how effective you can be in the job (giving examples from previous work experience when possible) . It is important that you impressed upon the interviewer that you LOVED the job itself and has great passion for it.

My previous jobs allowed me to develop technical expertise in these areas. These skill sets will allow me to discuss technical issues with in house staff as well as the client's technical staff.
