Stop having sex so often. Not having sex will get your boyfriend's sperm count up. Get an ovulation predictor kit and *only* have sex within the period of time that it tells you you're ovulating. Make sure you have an orgasm during sex, as close as possible to his ejaculation. The muscle contractions caused by orgasm bring sperm toward your uterus (yep, orgasm has a fuction other than toe-curling).
Holding your legs up, standing on your head, and all the other weird things people tell you to do after sex? Don't do it. Sperm is programmed to swim upward, toward your uterus. It'll swim to your egg come hell or high water, so that doesn't even need to be a worry.
While you're trying to get pregnant, drink lots of orange juice, take Vitamin E, and start taking prenatal vitamins. If you smoke or drink, stop both *completely*. Don't drink anything with caffeine in it. Get your body in optimal condition for conception before you even concieve. And stop douching, if you do. It messes with the natural Ph balance, and anything that throws off the chemical balance of your vagina has the possibility of killing sperm before it has a chance to get to your egg. If you use lube, try changing brands, but make sure it's water soluble. Try to go without lube, if you can. That's what foreplay is for. ;) Also, relax! Relax as much as you possibly can, and keep any stress off yourself. Stress can keep you from getting pregnant, and it can terminate a pregnancy you never even knew you'd achieved. Keep yourself well-rested and well-fed.
Good luck! :)

First of all, what kind of Dr did you see??? Obviously, if you haven't gotten pregnant in 3 years and haven't used any protection in that time while having sex 5 times a week.....something is NOT right. It took my husband and I 3.5 years to get pregnant, but we started working with a Reproductive Endocrinologist after 8 months. We found that I had problems with ovulation and my DH had problems with sperm quality. See a Dr that really knows something about getting pregnant. You need to have a complete exam including lab work and possibly a hysterosalpingogram, which is where they check to see if you have any blockages in your fallopian tubes. Your man also needs to have his sperm checked for quality and count. DH and I now have 6.5 month old twin daughters because of the help from my RE. Good Luck!

*Relax
*After sex hold your legs up for 10 minutes to help the sperm along
*Pray
*Go to http://www.mymonthlycycles.com and put in your period info and it will caculate when you will be fertile and ovulating.
(It is a free and very helpful website)
Actually having sex alot can decrease your chances of becoming pregnant (as weird as that sounds, it is true)
Are you really truley wanting to become pregnant? Cause if not your mind does have a whole lot to do with it. You can say Yes i want to get pregnant (talk about it non stop) but then think to yourself no i don't, i am scared and that alone can affect your fertility.
When you forget about trying that is when it most likely occur. Just don't worry and when the time is right and a new soul is meant to come into this world then you will become pregnant.
Also try buying ovulation kits...
Go to http://www.peeonastick.com about that

Well first of all you have to make sure you have sex alot. I've heard alot of women say that they are trying so hard to get pregnant and are only having sex once a month if even that! But I would say that if you've been trying for 3 years and nothing then you should talk to your doctor about maybe starting fertility treatments. Goodluck and I hope everything works out for you!

See your Dr. I had the same problems. I wasn't ovulating correctly. You could try buying an ovulating kit. I was also sleeping in a water bed which my Dr. told me isn't good because your uterus is being pushed down and back. He gave me pills to take and presto, I got pregnant! Oh, with twins I might add. But it was well worth it!

A friend of mine was having regular cycles and the dr. said she was fine too. I would go to a fertility specialist. You can take clomid to increase you chances of ovulation. I would say after 3 years that should definately be your next step.

I advice to you and your boy friend ;
1)get a formal marriage
2)make once again a thorough test to another gyn doctor for second opinion for the quality of your sperms and eggs
3)if you are both in a good condition especially your productive part, you should relax and calm
4)you should eat good foods and drinks and also vitamines especially e vitamine and fertility pills
5)make an intercourse 10 to 12 days after the last day of your period end, that is a fertile period for you

My advice is to let your doctr know you are serios about trying to concive. (S)He can give you more information on how to do this. Maybe you should take firtility pills. Try an ovulation kit. (you are ovulating 14 days after your period)
(or just switch places with me, becuse I can't seem to stop getting pregnant! lol)
Good luck!
