The noise is starting to get to me. Plus, it's become a big success and the ant traffic has increased. It wasn't so bad until this weekend, when several live bands showed up to do live shows at the casino. Plus, I'm worried about federal gambling regulations and the liabilities this might incur. Any suggestions?

Only once they have started demonstrating pre-tax earning in excess of their running costs.

Don't worry about the Feds though, they take a very leniant view on insect gambling...they don't use money very often, usually they bet with leaves

If they have set this up in your property, then you have a goldmine there. Tell them you will evict them unless they start paying you rent, royalties on profit they make and give you a free pass to the casino with $1,000 worth of chips to play with. I wouldnt worry about gaming regulations just make sure everyone keeps it under their hats or their antenna's whichever the case may be. As for the noise could you sound proof the corner so you can get some sleep. If not you had better get some earplugs. Security may be something to think about as drunk ants can create a problem and you dont want to be asleep when it starts.
