Contact the manufacture for the best parts (but you'll pay a premium). Otherwise, look on-line. Do a search, and I'm sure someone will stock spare shaver blades. Don't expect them to be cheap though, wherever you buy them! (you might find a replacement shaver is cheaper!)

Yes you can easily replace the blades and it it can be much cheaper than buying a new one.
Try the manufacturer, but also many shops were your buy your electric shaver.
