i wanna talk with women or girls becoz i cant expect other guys to chat with a guy ! . And i prefer acquiring the american accent

u'no.... u dont have to chat with ONLY women to improve ur accent... it could be with any one... and depends on what kinda accent u want... american... british... australian...... .scottish... etc etc etc.... specific my dear...!!! :P

You only want to chat up the girls,you could practise talking with anyone. ascent = rising,accent = is for language pronunciation.
