You should be able to buff out the paint. Find a friend that knows what they are doing. That could solve the problem easy. You can also take finger nail polish remover and lightly run over the spot and it should come off with out hurting the paint under the mark.

You are very lucky. You don't need to pay a high price if you want to remove the paint. Just get a bottle of Safe Cut from The Wax Shop and rub the polish on the affected area until the foreign paint is gone. The polish also leaves the original paint underneath nice and shiny as a bonus. A truly amazing product. If you don't want to spend any money, you could also try a milder abrasive such as toothpaste.

You will be surprised. Grey_Wolf is probably close! A woman friend had a few scratches on a V W Beetle and they were telling her $300, they have to remove the bumper and all kinds of crap now. Just depends. If you bumped me I would blow it off. Cars not a big deal to me. You may try buffing it out if it your paint on theirs.

Chances are, a paint touch-up marker from Wal-Mart or Auto Zone will run you several dollars. I believe that a professional touch-up will run you around 75-150 dollars.

Try a magic eraser. Or if that doesn't work, try Mcquire's swirl remover. It takes out some scratches.
