Well some people have answered as old as time etc, or the first writings etc, but none of these answers are correct.
History is the deliberate recording of events as a method of reference for prosterity. The first ever "History" is the writings of Herodotus of Harlicarnassus, a Dorian Greek who lived in 5th century BCE (484 BCE - ca. 425 BCE).
He is ragarded by all acedmic historians as the father of history.
His writings, aptly named "The Histories", were a collection of 'inquiries' about the places and peoples he encountered during his wide-ranging travels around the Mediterranean and into Mesopotamia. The theme for this work was the conflict between the ancient Greeks and the Persians or 'Medes'.
He was motivated to tell the stories of those he encountered and the relationships between the Greek peoples and the Persian peoples so that all could remember in the future, the aggression of the Persians.

History of Human? Earth? Solar System? or the Universe?

I wish I could tell you the answers, but the age of any kind of history that I listed are still debatable. Everyone will give you a different answer. Especially for Human History, every group will claim to be the oldest.

that was around 4-3000 bc. add to that 2000 years since christ and you get the age of history: 5-6000 years.

If you want to listen to modern scientists then the world varies from 3 billion to 15 billion. But if you follow what the bible says then the earth is about 6000 years old. I personally would rather believe the bibles answer rather than modern science. 2 years ago scientists said milk was good for you. Now they tell you it can lead to strokes. If they can't figure out thier own bodies then how can they count the age of the earth? The bible gives you two choices. Believe or don't believe.

I personally ascribe to the young earth theory. My guess based off the Biblical accounts of creation and the knowledge we have from historical written text is the earth to be around 8,000-10,000 years old.

Scientists based their guess from carbon-dating which has proven to be fallible.

The most accurate answer to your question is: NOBODY knows for certain.
