Hi.. you are kinda of asking the impossible here on Yahoo. Not many of us know anything about this field. Are you in drama classes now? In school plays? You are very young and I think this stuff looks easy but it is a very difficult field to get into. It requires much study and experience before hand. A lot of actors started out in the soaps and before that were in local theater. They are the people who know the In's and out's of the business and may have contacts in this area. Do the local scene first if you are really interested. If this is just a teenage fantasy... tone it down...don't look for disappointment by chasing dreams. Do you very best in school for the time being. Get the best grades you can and sign up for drama classes/plays in High School to get a feel for the trade. It helps to watch lots of "old" movies of famous people as they were good actors. Go to the library and find the best subject on movies and watch all the little details. Start with Gone with the Wind...it is a great historical romance and perhaps the greatest movie of all time. It's okay to follow your dreams but you need to know all the background before you can get to the big time. Good luck, keeping studying.

It depends on where you live. In places like LA and NY, publications such as The Ross Reports and Backstage magazine can provide you with relevant information. Craigslist also has casting notices posted by city.
It's hard to know from your message what your background is. You should, as the previous person stated, be in an acting class where you can network with other people in the industry while improving your craft.

Perhaps the problem is that you are not well-trained. Find a good acting school or acting teacher.

A casting director, agent or producer is NOT what you need. For the next two or three years, improve your acting skills, by working with the best acting teacher you can find in your city, and see how your acting improves.

We don't know where you are, but I'm assuming you must be in America (because Americans think everything revolves around them).
You could look in your local telephone book for agents. Do you have "yellow pages", listings of various businesses? Try and get work as an extra to start with and then you'll be learning something about the craft. Maybe you'll later get a small speaking part etc.
