lonely in Illinois what should i do to make Friend. and find someone to hang out with.?

Well, Illinois is a big state. What part are you from? Maybe get involved in a class at a college and meet people with similar interests, or get into a church group if you are any bit religious. Or park districts often offer cheap programs, try one of those.

go walk around or to like the rec center. summer camps are fun/weird also.
