I had two symptoms early during my pregnancy. My first sign was breast tenderness and then my second sign was menstraul cramping. I kept feeling like I was going to start my monthly cycle and I knew it wasn't time. I was 21 days pregnant with my daughter when I found out about her and I was only 15 days pregnant with my son when I found out about him. As a matter of fact I wasn't even far enough along with my son for a urine test to come up positive. I had blood work done and found out for sure that I was pregant. When I had my first ultrasound done with both of kids the docs couldn't even see the baby yet there was nothing on the ultrasound. The docs tried to convince me that I was pregant in my tubes because I was cramping and wanted me to have surgery. I am glad I didn't listen to them or I wouldn't have my son today. He is a healthy three month old. My adopted daughter went through the same thing recently and she didn't have the surgery done either and she will be the mother of a baby girl in December. This goes to show that docs aren't always right. Not sure if this helps you at all but I hope it does.

breast tenderness, fatigue, and frequent urination, sometimes cramping as well. With my first, I knew because my breasts were sore, but they tingled, and it was really a weird feeling.
