The best way to a healthy tan is actually to wear sunblock.
Get a higher SPF - Try a kiddies sunblock, they are usually stronger and they can go all the way to 50 if you like...

SPF stands for Sun Protection Factor - basically it means that if you use SPF 30 sunscreen it protects you 30 times longer than without sunscreen. You should reapply sunscreen after swimming or sweating for continued protection.

Most likely, because the sunscreen/sunblock you're using isn't providing adequate, or if any, protection from UVA rays.

yeah may be you can ride bike to ganna some contry side and its really can be help you get enogh tan, and you should do that around many times in the sun shining times and every time you should ride bike around 6 hours yeah you can take reast if you fell tire during your ride bike.
