Just losing the excess weight on my stomach and thighs. Some easy way without having to visit the gym.

NEVER do a crash diet, as it's unhealthy and it won't last! Best bet is to choose a bit of a healther method. Here are some tips:

1. Instead of three large meals a day, eat five small meals.

2. Don't eat any carbs after 4pm (a.k.a. the Keira Knightley Diet) and don't eat ANYTHING after 7pm.

3. Make sure breakfast is the biggest meal of your day.

4. Drink enough water. Water helps your skin look younger and actually helps you LOSE water weight. If your body gets enough water, it has no need to hold onto the excess for storage.

5. Boost your metabolism by walking in the morning. That way, even if you eat the same things that you normally would have that day, your body will burn more of everything.

6. Do a colon cleanse. As gross as it sounds, everybody holds an extra 10-30 POUNDS in their colon. When Elvis Presley died, he had almost 50 pounds of waste in his colon!

7. Women should eat more dairy, men should eat more protein. Both help them to lose weight, respectively.

8. Lastly, a tan makes anyone look a little thinner, and helps to hide imperfections. Try a trial session at your local spray tan center.

It took me one month only, no diets, or any change in my eating habits (cause I was still nursing), one month only, I worked out for 30 minutes everyday with Tony Little workout video, targeting the stomach and thighs and it made wonders, I was able to wear my pre-pregnancy clothes right afterwards.

I'm not sure if the guy is still alive, (the video was a 1995 or 90 production, I think) but it gets the job done. Find yourself a good work out video targeting the areas you want to focus on, and get started!

An easy, plus healthy way to lose weight would be to take up swimming - as its fun and uses most of the muscles in your body.

As for eating, eat six small meals a day, 3 hours inbetween each.
Its like, Oprahs "3 hour diet" or something..
But it works.

ya... eat healthy and do more exercise... dun eat too oily food and eat more vegetables... swimming be a very good way to slim down... easiest and fastest.... i do go swimming once a week, to keep myself healthy though... but maybe that's the reason, I'm too thin too...hahaa

which ever site u visit, read carefully.... but don't try weight loss in the faster way, it might prove harm full for health

be reasonable....study yr habits...somewhere you got the overwright idea.....drug pushing fast slim drugstore magnets have screw
d more people than helped........find a chiro you can chatt with...yr problm may not be nutritional....but a posture imbalance that keeps you feeling this way
