First, whenever dealing with anything that can be considered a copyright infringement, make sure you make a hypothetical as a question like: "what if" or "if this was to happen". But now to answer your question. Find the source folder for your music. It is usually called the lime-wire shared folder, or wherever you have lime-wire sending all of the downloaded "legal"(wink wink, nudge nudge) music to. Now open up windows media player and go to media library(its either on top, or on the left bar depending on the version) Now find sub category called "all music". Click and highlight everything in the lime-wire folder or wherever all the music is and drag it into the windows media player screen. You may have to adjust the size of the folders and the player so you can see them both at the same time. Then just burn a CD like you would normally out of Windows Media Player.

do you only have iTunes? If you have another cd burning program, even something like the Windows Media Player, you can just locate the files on your computer and burn them to a cd using Media Player.
I haven't used limewire, but can you right click and say import into iTunes? or select them once you're in iTunes?

Find the folder where the songs save to, usually a shared folder in the documents and settings folder. I use a program called DeepBurner (available on download.com). You can also import these files, often .wma or .mp3 files into windows media player and burn them from there.
