is it good to wear saree below navel?

i am a housewife. i wear saree when i go out. i also wear saree at home. i like wearing saree below my navel. usually i wear saree 2-3 inches below navel. my husband has no problem in it. but last month one of my neibour told that it is not good to wear saree below navel at home. so pleace tell me if their is any problem in wearing saree below navel. i think women beauty i ncreases while wearing saree belwo navel

Good question. I also like to wear saree below the navel. It goes well if you wear sleeve less blouse. But let me know your body structure to guide you more. There are various ways to wear it that way, if you have deep navel and little flesh, it will look more sexy. If you are thin built and flat navel, go for navel ring as well. Yes I agree below navel is sexy and pretty; But People wear clothing for functional as well as for social reasons. If you are slim n curvaceous then it will definitely look good below the navel. Otherwise avoid wearing it like that. I have never heard of any health issues of wearing Saree's that low....

Wearin saree is our tradition.So stick to it but when you say that by wearing it 2-3 inches below naval, beauty increases is not correct. It only arouses the sexual desire and to see what is still below. If you consider this arousal as beauty then go ahead but it sends a wrong message in society.Please try to preseve our culture.
