I can't find any way to actually contact Verizon Wireless by email on their website. The issue I have is they sent me a replacement phone and I returned the old phone. However, now they have charged me the full list price for the new phone. I'm in the EU at the moment and can't call the customer support line and spend 2 hours online explaining the situation.

Go to their website and click on the contact us link at the top of the page. Enter your zip code, then tell them what type of customer you are ( monthly payment, pau as you go, etc). It will then ask for name, address, phone no., etc. You may type your comments at the bottom ong the page. I believe there is a 2,000 word limit. Be patient as you go through their website. It will take a little bit, but you will get there.
