Does anyone remembers that show Laverne and Shirley, well those one of those guys, is he on drugs?

The reason why Im asking this is because I saw him on tv and they were mentioning about the reunion of the show. And I saw him and he look liked he was on drugs or he was sick with something maybe like he suffered a stroke. Does anyone knows if the guy is still alive.

so does Terri Garr, Clay Walker, and several others including the husband of Meridith Viera. I saw an episode of Larry King!
