u just need to be honest in what u put there....

try sample formats in ur MS Word
Create a résumé
On the File menu, click New.
In the New Document task pane (task pane: A window within an Office application that provides commonly used commands. Its location and small size allow you to use these commands while still working on your files.), under New from template, click General Templates.
Click the Other Documents tab.
Double-click Résumé Wizard.
If you do not see this wizard (wizard: A feature that asks questions and then creates an item, such as a form or Web page, according to your answers.) in the Templates dialog box, you might need to install it.

Follow the steps in the wizard.
Note The hyperlink in this topic goes to the Web. You can switch back to Help at any time. For more templates and wizards, visit the Microsoft Office Template Gallery.

I would suggest you take some professional help (for FREE) from MS word which has inbuilt resume templates for making your resume.

You can also follow the step-by-step instruction to make your free resume, using the resume builder provided with MS office.

Resume styles differ according to profession, and sources of sample resumes are available in my profile, check them out, all the best :)

Your best bet is to go online and find samples of resumes. For instance go to Google.com and type in "sample, resume" in the search box without the quotes. See what luck you can get. I would also recommend going to your local public library. They should have resources on help writing resumes, as well as samples you can apply. Good luck!
