I have been overseas for one year. They keep takiing money out of my account. I do not get any services from msn. What can I do?

They should have a phone number you can call. It should be right on the statement you get for this account. You need to call them. And let them know you are not using the service. You probably will not get your money back, unless you did not authorize the billing. But it should stop them from continuing to bill you.

Report them tou your financial institution ahere your account is. They should be able to help point you in the correct direction.

cancel the direct debit and then ring them.
