What is the weather expected to be like so far in the Pacific Northwest next month?

I have been curious since I have been noticing the long-range forecasts (AccuWeather, MSNBC, etc.) saying stormy and much colder at least for the start of October.

Right now it is sunny and mid 70's, and the forecast's outlook says it will just get a bit cooler
