Funny enough all the imaginative brains in the world still couldn't come up with something anywhere as evil as Bush. Then probably Osama second and me a distant third. Whad'ya reckon?

i would go with sauron, because his deceit was always hidden better. he manipulated the kings of men into wraiths, slowly rose again in dol guldor, corrupted saruman, did a mind job on denethor, and aligned all evil under his banner.

Well, sauron didn't actually have a reason to war monger...he just wanted power. Bush, osama and saddam really did have kinda valid reasons. Vader covered the most territory, but admitted he was a douche in the end. Osama provoked Bush into war...and Saddam seemed to get in trouble because of a threat he made in the 90's to bush senior. I'd call it just about even. If i dissappear in the next 3 days, call my family and tell them i love them...
I don't think bush is evil though, just silly for not you know...listening to his constituency.
