Start using your left hand more often. You will really need to focus and concentrate. Pretend something has happened to your right hand. This ongoing exercise will also help just in case one day you are unable to use your right hand. After a while it gets to be like typing.

Take a clean sheet of paper, (size 9 X 11 will do). Place your hand with the fingers speared on the paper. Now with a pencil, trace around your hand, starting at the base of the little finger and ending at the base of the thumb, as slowly as you can, take as long as you possibly can, to get to the other side. Did you feel the "shift" from one side to the Other?

Find a list of scrambled words and unscramble them. You'll find at first it's pretty tough, but as your left hemisphere gets more and more used to the new challenged presented to it you'll see the unscrambled words as just a picture of the true word.

This is also a techinque used to reach your maximum potential IQ.

Good luck and work hard. :)
