Which SMS are you talking. Do you want to send SMS to yourself. If you want to send an SMS through internet, then you can try yahoo messenger and send a text message. If you want to send and SMS to the MTNL/Dolphin user, you can log on to http://mtnlmumbai.in OR http://mtnldelhi.in

Just google it, there are loads of sites offering free jokes & sms'. You can also subscribe to one of them for daily jokes.

do you mean "MSN" instant messaging? ...
you can get that from www.msn.com
then click and "messager" under Welcome on the top-left
then download...
if you want to sms... you go menu on your moblie phone
go to message
then create new or something like that... then use the numbers to create and send!...
